What texts we send

If you agree, we send customer care text messages about a repair you dropped off with us: a confirmation that we received your device, status updates (for example, waiting on a part), and a notice when your device is ready for pickup. You can also reply with questions about your repair. We do not send marketing or promotional texts on this program.

How you agree to receive texts

You opt in in person at one of our Texas stores when you drop off a device for repair. Our employee reads this statement to you: "By giving us your phone number you agree to receive text updates about your repair from Mobile Spot iFixPhones. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We do not share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes."

If you agree, your choice and the date are recorded on your repair ticket, and your printed repair receipt states that you agreed to receive repair status texts. If you decline, we do not text you. Agreeing to texts is not required to get a repair or buy anything from us.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP or INFO for help, or contact us at +1 (713) 482-9347 or admin@mobilespotifixphones.com.

Costs and frequency

Message frequency varies with your repair. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy
